I worked on a startup that came about from a hands-on class I took at Stanford, called the Lean Launchpad. With mentorship from the brightest VCs and entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, my team's goal, was to find a repeatable and scalable business model for our startup. The customer feedback loop was the core of the class and it plays a huge part in my business philosophy. We started with construction robotics and after 124 interviews, developed an automated troubleshooting solution for field service technicians.
